We’re confident you’ll love your pieces so much that you have 180 days to return them for a full refund. No that’s not a typo, it’s a full 180 days!
If you do decide to return it, please keep in mind your item must be in the same condition that you received it (no scratches, undamaged, and without any signs of wear) and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and any Free Gift that was included in your order. We do suggest that you insure your package for its for full value.
To exchange an item, we allow 15 days from receiving your package to request an exchange.
To start a return or exchange, please contact us at email@example.com and include photos of your item, or call us at (800) 882 - 8652. Let us know if you want a refund or if you prefer to to exchange your piece for another item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item. Upon approval, your refund will be applied onto your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, so please be patient.
